It's not one of my favorites, but I did enjoy it when I was little.
Looking back on it, I can definitely see why many people on the Internet may have been inspired by it to create anthropomorphic characters of their own (aka "furry" characters or "fursonas"), probably because of the way the characters are designed and are quite expressive in their appearances and personalities.
One thing that has stood out to me the most about it is during the "Phony King of England" song sequence where there are moments in which the animation was recycled from other Disney films, particularly "Snow White" "The Aristocats" and "The Jungle Book." This might be a sign of laziness, but in actuality, the film had a limited budget at their disposal, so I can understand why the filmmakers did this. This isn't even the only time a Disney feature film or animated short used recycled animation from a previous work done by Disney.
