Okay, guys, I know I cannot be along when it comes to this gem of classic Disney TV. And, for those that don't know about this show. This show was sort of like Indiana Jones featuring Scrooge McDuck from A Mickey's Christmas Carol and his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie, and Scrooges bumbling sidekick and pilot Launchpad McQuack. Anyway, give us your take on this classic cartoon?

How could I forget DuckTales? It had everything: adventure, comedy, great music, what's not to like? My favorite character to this day is Launchpad McQuack. In fact, he would be my avatar if it wasn't already Steamboat Willie.

To me, this is one of those rare shows from the Disney Channel that still holds up even to this day. It's got creative scenarios and adventures, memorable characters, top-notch animation, even the writing can generate some laughs as well as be smart.
I think one of my favorite episodes would be the first five when they dealt with Scrooge's search for gold in various places around the world (such as the Valley of the Golden Suns). When I was little, the story arc felt epic, much like if it were a kid's version of Indiana Jones. That's how good the show was. ^^

That's basically what this show was supposed to be. Disney's version of Indiana Jones with ducks.

Ducktales was a classic of a series. And it felt like Indiana Jones at times. And even spawned off a classic series of games on the NES and a remake on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U.

I enjoy DuckTales just as much watching it today as I did when I was a kid. It is one of those rare shows that doesn't need rose-colored glasses of nostalgia to remain good. It has stood the test of time.
